This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data of users registered and shopping on zpro.am by Zangezur Pro LLC, in strict accordance with the Republic of Armenia Law "On Protection of Personal Data" (LA-49-N / ՀՕ-49-Ն).

2. Scope of Collected Data, Purpose & Pricing Disclosure
When placing an order, we collect only the minimal data strictly required for order fulfillment: full name, phone number, email address, delivery or pickup address, cart items, and corporate entity name/TIN for B2B invoices.

All product prices on the website are denominated in Armenian Dram (AMD / ֏). All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax - 20%) in accordance with the tax legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
3. Online Payment & Card Data Security — Ameriabank vPOS & PCI DSS
Zero Cardholder Data Storage Guarantee
zpro.am NEVER collects, processes, or stores your full bank card details (full 16-digit PAN, CVV2/CVC2 security code, PIN code, or card expiration date) on its servers.
When paying online by credit or debit card (ArCa, Visa, MasterCard), the customer is securely redirected over encrypted HTTPS / TLS directly to the Ameriabank CJSC vPOS and ArCa processing gateway certified under international PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.
All transactions are secured with 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check). After completion, zpro.am receives only the cryptographic transaction confirmation, authorization code/RRN, and masked card numbers (e.g., 408306**1818), eliminating any card data exposure risk.
4. Technical Protection & Data Retention
- • HTTPS / SSL (TLS 1.3): All web traffic and API endpoints are encrypted via modern TLS 1.3 encryption.
- • Password Hashing: Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never visible in plain text.
- • Document Auto-Purge: Files uploaded for printing services are accessible in the customer portal for 7 days and permanently purged from server disks after 14 days.
- • Cookies: We use only essential cookies required for session management, language preference (hy, ru, en), and shopping cart functionality.
5. Third-Party Non-Disclosure
Zangezur Pro LLC never sells, rents, or shares your personal data with third-party marketing companies. Data is disclosed strictly when required to process online card transactions (Ameriabank CJSC / ArCa) or under statutory legal requests by authorized RA state authorities.
